It’s 2026, we’re dropping the mask
The world is objectively exhausting and terrifying right now and you deserve a space for yourself to decompress and be real.
Queer & Neurodivergent Centered
A lot of people are using the word “affirming” and while it’s great to see overall, I think we’re getting lost in the sauce and the term is over-saturated.
In my coaching practice I’m all about those of us who are called freaks, weirdos, and outsiders. Although I have come to a place where I can now embrace and celebrate who I am (most days), it doesn’t mean those words don’t still carry weight.
But here, you get to release that burden and just be you. And from there, be the version of yourself you have been working towards for years.
Things are tough. I am here to make it a bit easier for you so that the good days get longer and the bad days pass easier.
Meet Elliot
Hi y’all, my name is Elliot (they/them) and I switched to coaching in 2025 after spending years practicing as a therapist. Why the change? I was always frustrated (ahem, enraged) by the systemic issues prevalent in the mental health industry, both in the harm caused to clients and the suffering of clinicians in the field. I could go off about all of this, but I’ll sum it up: licensure requirements don’t protect clients from bad therapists and restrictions make it difficult to connect with competent providers AND therapists are over-worked, devalued, and underpaid.
However, I have loved working directly with clients and am awed and grateful every day when I see real change happen and play a role in someone’s life gaining more ease or clarity.
My clinical foundation gives me deep insight into emotional patterns and human behavior, but coaching allows me to work differently - focusing on who you want to become rather than diagnosing what's 'wrong.' I'm not here to treat mental health conditions; I'm here to help you figure out your shit and actually make moves.
Coaching differs from therapy and what I do now is not therapy. What it is though, is specialized guidance that meets your needs, whatever they may be.
Deconstructing societal oppression to help explore your realest self? Check.
Burnt out at work and looking for something new? Check.
Navigating relationship strain and want to improve your communication? Check.
I am good at what I do because I have been through some sh*t and am no stranger to strife or change. So when I say I can help you navigate stress and grow as a person, it’s because I am doing it myself too.
